As Marketing Manager:in, you will build on the marketing at timpla in a structured manner. You will be responsible for positioning, contents, and channels – hands-on, pragmatic, and effect-oriented. You will work closely with Sales and Management to ensure that marketing is not only visible but also sales-driven and makes a tangible contribution to the company's success.

As Marketing Manager:in, you will build on the marketing at timpla in a structured manner. You will be responsible for positioning, contents, and channels – hands-on, pragmatic, and effect-oriented. Together with Sales and Management, you will ensure that marketing makes a clear, measurable contribution to the company's success.

Your tasks at a glance

• BUILDING AND DEVELOPING THE MARKETING STRUCTURE (contents, channels, processes)
• Responsibility for positioning and communication strategy of timpla
• Translation of corporate and sales targets into marketing measures
• Closely working together with Sales (Sales Marketing)
• Creating and developing online offerings as well as marketing & sales materials
• Steering external service providers (graphic design, agencies, freelancers)
• Planning, prioritizing, and implementing marketing projects
• Preliminary planning, planning, and implementation of events and trade fair appearances
• Placement of company representatives as speakers at industry conferences

This is what you build on.

• Multiple years of experience in B2B marketing (preferably in construction, architecture, industry, tech or related fields with project-based business)

• Hands-on mentality: You think with it, take action and implement

• Able to think strategically about marketing and operationally implement

• Experience at the interface of Marketing & Sales

• Very good communication and structuring skills

• Safety in handling common marketing tools

• Ideal experience with Adobe Creative Suite and/or Canva – also for small graphic implementations in between

• Pleasure in building, structuring and further developing things

• Excellent German language skills in writing and speaking What we particularly enjoy
