This role involves: • Developing and executing marketing strategies that drive engagement and conversion. • Building and maintaining strong relationships with community leaders, influencers, and partners. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate marketing efforts across the organization. • Analyzing campaign performance and making data-driven decisions to optimize results. • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in marketing and community growth. Requirements: • 3+ years of experience in marketing or community growth. • Strong understanding of social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn. • Experience with email marketing tools such as Mailchimp or Constant Contact. • Familiarity with Google Analytics and data analysis tools. • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Nice to Have: • Experience with content creation, including writing, photography, or videography. • Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices. • Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce. • Certification in digital marketing (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics).
