As a Marketing Manager (F/M/*) at amber, you will make our brand the "answer" in the market – you will position us as Europe's leading business AI, win new target groups in the DACH region and measurably accelerate pipeline and brand growth. With clear messages and strong campaigns, you connect our products with real customer needs, increase efficiency in go-to-market and build long-term trust.

Tasks

• You develop and are responsible for our marketing strategy for an AI-based B2B SaaS platform and translate complex technical topics into understandable and convincing messages.
• You work closely with Product, Sales and Customer Success to clearly communicate the benefits of our AI solution.
• You develop content around AI, Enterprise Search and Knowledge Management (e.g. blog posts, white papers, LinkedIn posts, case studies or webinars).
• You explain to potential customers how our AI works, what problems it solves and what added value it brings to everyday work.
• You analyze the market, competitors and trends in the areas of AI, Knowledge Management and B2B SaaS and derive marketing measures from this.
• You develop campaigns for lead generation and brand awareness – especially via LinkedIn, events, PR and content marketing.
• You work with our product team to position new features in an understandable way and launch them successfully.
• You support events, conferences and webinars to position amber as the leading AI solution for corporate knowledge.
• You use modern tools (e.g. marketing automation, analytics and AI tools) to optimize campaigns and work data-driven.

Qualification

• You have successfully completed a degree in marketing, communication, economics, computer science or a comparable field of study or have comparable practical experience.
• You are interested in Artificial Intelligence, LLMs and modern software products and enjoy delving deeply into technical topics.
• You can explain complex technical products in an understandable way – for decision-makers as well as end-users.
• Ideally, you have experience in the B2B SaaS, tech or startup environment.
• You work in a structured, independent manner and like to take responsibility for your own projects. Ownership counts with us: end-to-end responsibility – you reliably complete tasks you have started.
• You have a good sense for storytelling, positioning and understandable communication.
• You are curious, like to try out new tools and also use AI yourself in your daily work.
• You understand basic concepts such as Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), APIs or integrations.
• We put our ambitions above our ego. We are a young, highly ambitious team; Your ambition must be stronger than your ego
• You communicate confidently in German and English.
