Marketing Manager - (Islas Baleares)

Companies: Marugal Distinctive Hotel Management In Marugal we are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead strategically the presence, positioning and communication of hotels under their responsibility. It will be a key figure in building and consolidating luxury brands with their own identity, ensuring coherence, excellence and effectiveness of all marketing actions, both nationally and internationally. Responsibilities: * Define, lead and execute the strategy for the development and implementation of marketing plans and campaigns that meet the company's objectives and goals. * Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the target audience, market trends and competitors to inform marketing strategies and tactics. * Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue growth and increase brand awareness. * Analyze and interpret data from various sources (e.g. Google Analytics) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and make data-driven decisions. * Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's products and services, as well as their unique selling points and competitive advantages. * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement integrated marketing strategies that drive business results. * Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies and tactics. * Develop and maintain a strong network of contacts within the company and externally to stay informed about market developments and opportunities. * Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements and industry standards. * Perform other duties as required by the company.
