Marketing Manager & Inhouse Koordinator (m/w/d) - Vollzeit, 100 % Homeoffice

Your Mission:
As Marketing Manager & Inhouse Koordinator (m/w/d), you'll be the central interface in our marketing. You plan, prioritize, and coordinate our measures across various channels, keep an eye on our KPIs, and ensure that we grow efficiently and goal-oriented.
Tasks
- You plan and coordinate our marketing measures cross-channel (Newsletter, Social Media, Performance Marketing etc.)
- You keep an eye on KPIs and performance numbers and support data-based optimization
- You take over a central role in setting up and further developing Klaviyo (Email Marketing, Automations, Flows)
- You ensure that all marketing activities are structured, prioritized, and efficiently implemented
- You coordinate internal teams as well as external partners and ensure a smooth process
- You bring your own ideas and help develop our marketing strategy continuously
- You support operations in various areas and remain hands-on
Qualification
You bring:
- You have at least 2 years of experience in marketing, ideally in E-Commerce/D2C environment
- You have a completed degree in Marketing or similar
- You're a marketing generalist and familiar with various channels (e.g. Email, Social Media, Performance)
- You already have experience with Klaviyo or similar marketing automation tools
- You think data-driven and have a good understanding of KPIs and performance connections
- You work structured, organized, and keep an overview even when dealing with many topics
- You bring drive, ownership, and a hands-on mentality
- You share our philosophy
- You're eager to take responsibility and develop yourself prospectively
- You have a residence in Germany
