Your role with us:

• Organization of the Marketing Department: Independent organization of standard topics such as newsletters, webinars, content, and website.
• Implementation of marketing measures: Planning and implementation of advertising measures, as well as collecting further ideas to improve our marketing strategy (building and maintaining the marketing funnel).
• Building a KI-First Marketing Department: Development of processes and creation of content based on AI.
• Creation of marketing materials: Development and design of marketing materials.
• Representation of Teamsware in the public sphere: Representation of our company at events and in the public sphere.

Qualification

What you should bring:

• Experience in marketing: Proven experience in marketing, particularly in online marketing.
• Self-sufficient work: Ability to work independently and lead projects.
• Enthusiasm for AI: Intensive use of AI tools in daily work and interest in rethinking old working methods.
• Organizational talent: Ability to work on multiple topics and with different company departments simultaneously, setting the right priorities.
• Understanding of marketing goals: Awareness that marketing aims to generate leads and systematically work on themes.
• Linguistic competence: Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking are required.
• Motivation and self-initiative: High self-motivation and the willingness for continuous personal development.
