Marketing Manager Real Estate (m/f/d)

Responsibilities

• Development and implementation of holistic marketing strategies for real estate projects
• Budget responsibility for marketing measures
• Close cooperation with sales as a strategic and operational sparring partner
• Conception and management of the high-quality creation of sales documents (exposés, flyers, visualizations, architectural renderings, project films)
• Selection, management, and quality control of external agencies and service providers
• Further development of brand identity and corporate communication

Qualifications

• Successfully completed studies in marketing, communication, media, real estate management, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in the real estate, property developer, project development, or architecture sector
• Strong affinity for the real estate industry and understanding of sales processes
• High orientation towards design and quality as well as a keen sense for aesthetics
• Organizational talent with a hands-on mentality and high personal responsibility
• Very good knowledge of MS Office as well as experience with common marketing, graphics, and content management tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, or comparable tools)
