Marketing Manager Immobilien (m/w/d)

The P&P Group is an operational real estate investor and investor platform with locations in Munich, Fürth, and London. With outstanding technical expertise and over 30 years of history, we realize ambitious residential property projects. Founder of the P&P Group is Michael Peter, who also invests in private equity through Rivus Capital.

Tasks

• Development and implementation of comprehensive marketing strategies for real estate projects
• Budget responsibility for marketing measures
• Tight cooperation with the sales team as a strategic and operational sparring partner
• Conceptualization and steering of high-quality production of sales materials (exposés, flyers, visualizations, architecture renderings, project films)
• Selection, guidance, and quality control of external agencies and service providers
• Further development of the brand identity and corporate communication

Qualification

• SUCCESSFUL completion of a degree in marketing, communication, media, real estate or a comparable qualification
• Multiple years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in the real estate, construction, project development or architecture field
• A deep affinity to the real estate industry and understanding of sales processes
• High design and quality orientation as well as a keen sense for aesthetics
• Organizational talent with hands-on mentality and high self-responsibility
• Very good knowledge in MS Office, as well as experience with common marketing, graphic, and content management tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva or comparable tools)
