Marketing Manager I GTM and Growth Focus I SaaS I Hybrid

Elephant is a dynamic SaaS start-up with strong growth trajectory and a clear mission: to support blue-collar organizations in the DACH region with smart, digital solutions. After successful sales initiatives and the first funding round, we are now building our marketing team – with you as the central designer.

Your Mission

You will be our first dedicated marketing person and shape the entire go-to-market process actively from strategy to operational implementation, responsible for the full marketing funnel spectrum – with a focus on growth, demand generation, and funnel optimization.

Tasks

• Conceptualization & Implementation of targeted growth campaigns
• BUILDING and optimizing funnel structures (e.g. landing pages, email flows, paid social)
• Testing & Iteration performance-based measures for MQL generation
• Collaboration with Sales/SDR for targeted content and campaign support
• Responsibility for KPIs along the customer journey (CAC, CPL, MQLs, SQLs)
• Sparring with founders & possibly external agencies

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in SaaS marketing (ideally early stage / scale-up)
• Tech-savvy understanding of target groups (e.g. field service, infrastructure)
• Hands-on mentality and a high degree of ownership
• Experience in building and scaling growth marketing processes
