I am Dirk Brederecke, founder and CEO of Hello Brands, a strategy consulting firm specializing in Amazon and e-commerce, located in the heart of Munich.

We are currently looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to support our customers strategically and operationally on Amazon.

Tasks

Your Tasks:

Analysis of brand, products, and target groups on Amazon
Development and optimization of Amazon Ads campaigns
New setup of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
Control and optimization of ongoing campaigns along clear KPIs
Work with tools like Amazon Ads Console, Pacvue, and other analysis tools
Drawing conclusions from performance data and tests
Tight coordination with Account Management and Strategy Team
Preliminary preparation of insights and recommendations for customers
Codirection of advertising strategies on brand and portfolio levels

Qualification

Experience in dealing with Amazon Ads on a brand or agency level
Safe handling of Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, and Sponsored Display
Experience with the Amazon Ads Console and ideally with tools like Pacvue
Analytical understanding and safe handling of performance metrics
Structured and independent working style
Understanding of e-commerce contexts and brand management
Able to translate data into clear recommendations
High quality standards for one's own work
Very good German and English skills
