Aufgaben

Produktmarketing (Strategisch)

• Develop and sharpen the positioning and messaging to convince our target groups sustainably.
• Derive fundamental market analyses and develop customer personas that are convincing.
• Conduct competitor analyses to understand the market landscape and differentiate our product.

Content Marketing (Hands-On)

• You create target-group-specific content for website, social media, newsletter, press, and other relevant channels.
• You manage our social media channels, increase reach and interaction, and respond to trends in real-time.
• Develop high-performance content to support lead generation campaigns (e.g. landing pages, email stretches).
• Develop thought leadership content to establish ONCARE as a trusted voice in the market.
• Optimize content for SEO to increase organic traffic and improve search rankings.

Abteilungsübergreifende Zusammenarbeit

• Collaborate with the product team to stay informed about the product roadmap and translate functions into customer benefits.
• Support the sales team by ensuring it has the right materials and insights to achieve closures.

Qualifikation

Erfahrung

• A successful degree in marketing, communication, media or a comparable qualification.
• 3-5 years of experience in product marketing, content marketing or a hybrid role - ideally in the B2B field.
• Demonstrable successes in developing convincing messages and creating effective content.
• Fundamental knowledge in the areas of social media, content marketing and SEO as well as common CMS and analysis tools (e.g. WordPress, Google Analytics).
• Experience in the healthcare sector is an advantage.
