Marketing Manager

We are a growing team from Frankfurt and support professional investors in finding and buying exciting mid-sized companies. To do this, we have developed our own software and clear processes that enable us to structure large data sets, verify them, and transfer them into concrete acquisition projects.

As Marketing Manager (m/w/d), you are the driving force behind our outreach strategy. You transform raw market data into highly relevant target lists and ensure that our acquisition campaigns precisely reach the right decision-makers. You ensure that our customers can work with perfectly prepared targets at any time.

Aufgaben

• Akquise-Strategie & Execution: You take over responsibility for identifying target groups and developing workflows from day one, quickly becoming an independent project leader for our campaign workflows.
• Market Research & Targeting: You build structured end-to-end workflows – from the first market analysis to data enrichment and final target qualification.
• AI-Marketing-Operations: You work operationally with our own software and modern KI tools to elevate our acquisition lists to a new level of precision.
• Founding Team Support: You develop pipeline strategies together with the founders to make our outreach for our clients even more effective.
• Real-World Impact: Your marketing lists directly feed into ongoing M&A processes and are the basis for genuine transactions.
