Marketing Manager - Growth & Market Expansion (m/w/d)

We are a growing AI startup from Hamburg, rethinking the returns process in e-commerce. With an automated all-in-one solution, we help online shops manage returns efficiently, simplify processes, and gain real business insights from return data.

Your role:

As Marketing Manager (m/w/d), your goal is not to 'do marketing', but to create demand, drive growth actively, and position toern as a leading solution in the market.

You ensure that the right people hear from us at the right time – and most importantly, understand why toern needs it.

In this role, you're not only involved in planning but also in the operational implementation of building the brand scalable and driving growth for toern actively forward.

Tasks

• Responsibility for consistent and effective communication across all channels
• Development and implementation of growth and marketing campaigns (HubSpot, Paid, Organic)
• Creation and publication of content (LinkedIn, Instagram, Newsletter, Website & Partnermarketing)
• Conceptualization and implementation of event and trade show appearances for lead generation
• Creation of presentations, slides, and keynotes for internal and external use cases

Qualification

• 2-5 years of experience in B2B-, growth-, or SaaS-marketing
• Strong understanding of positioning, target groups, and funnel thinking
• Very good language skills in German and English
• Strong copywriting and content skills
• Structured, reliable, and hands-on working style
• AI-affin: You use AI tools not only but also think actively about how to integrate them into your daily work to work faster, better, and more effectively
