Marketing Manager Growth - Google Ads (m/w/d)

We are a growing B2B trading and e-commerce company (gastronomy, packaging, food) with stationary locations and several online shops. Our online sales are on the verge of jumping from five- to six-figure per month – and that's your job. You take over Google Ads from day one independently, not as a cog in the system, but as the person responsible for the channel. Small team, short distances, real responsibility.

Start in part-time (25–30h) with clear option on full-time, as soon as we scale together – you grow with the channel you build.

Tasks

• Google Ads – fully | Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display – you plan, set up, and optimize independently
• Shopping Feeds & Product Logic | Structuring and scaling large catalogs including margins and ROAS goals
• Bidding & Performance | Developing and testing bidding strategies, ongoing analysis, and clear recommendations
• Tracking & Data Basis | Ensuring a clean data basis, close coordination with e-commerce and sales

Qualification

• Numerical evidence of hands-on experience with Google Ads – regardless of job, own project, or agency. We want to see results, not certificates.
• Safe handling of large product catalogs and shopping feed optimization
• Analytical, structured working style – you draw your own conclusions from data and act accordingly
• Eigenresponsibility – you don't wait for instructions
• Experience in B2B e-commerce is a plus, but not a must
