Marketing Manager Growth B2C and B2B (mwd & fully remote)

We are building our market leadership in the field of electromobility and CO2 premiums further. To achieve this, we are looking for a Marketing Manager with ownership for growth, brand, and performance.

You will be responsible for the entire marketing roadmap. Focus is on scalable growth in B2C and B2B. From Brand to Performance to Business Case.

Tasks

• You develop and are responsible for the marketing strategy for B2C and B2B
• You steer all performance channels. SEO, SEA, Affiliate, E Mail, SMM...
• You develop our brand further. Positioning, Messaging, Differentiation
• You optimize User Journey and Conversion along the entire funnel
• You analyze KPIs and lead clear measures
• You think marketing always with Business Impact. CAC, CLV, ROI
• You identify new business opportunities and develop offer structures with
• You work closely with Product, Sales, and Management together

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in performance and growth marketing
• Experience in quickly scaling digital business models
• Sure handling budget responsibility and KPI control
• Strong in prioritization and implementation
• Strategic thinking combined with operational excellence
• Experience in affiliate building and partner management
• Very good understanding of User Experience and Conversion Optimization
• You think in business cases and growth scenarios
