Marketing Manager Growth B2C and B2B (m/w/d)

We are building our market leadership in the field of electromobility and CO2 premiums further. To achieve this, we are looking for a Marketing Manager with ownership for growth, brand, and performance.

You will be responsible for the entire marketing roadmap. Focus is on scalable growth in B2C and B2B - from brand to performance to business case.

Tasks

• Marketing Strategy: You develop and are responsible for the strategy for B2C and B2B – with a clear view on growth, brand, and performance.
• Performance Channels: SEO, SEA, Affiliate, E-Mail, Social – you steer the entire mix and get the maximum out of each channel.
• Brand & Positioning: You sharpen messaging, differentiation, and brand leadership – so we don't just build performance, but also relevance.
• Funnel & Conversion: You optimize the user journey end-to-end and turn traffic into real customers.KPI Steering: CAC, CLV, ROI – you think marketing always with business impact and lead clear measures from data.
• Business Development: You recognize new opportunities and develop offer structures actively with.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Close connection with product, sales, and management – short paths, quick decisions.

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in performance- and growth-marketing
• Track record in quickly scaling digital business models
• Sure handling with budget responsibility and KPI steering
• Strategic thinking combined with operational excellence
• Experience in affiliate building and partner management
• Strong understanding of UX and conversion optimization
• You think in business cases and growth scenarios
