Marketing Manager for PropTech Startup in Hamburg (m/w/d)

Our innovative approach enables property owners to quickly and uncomplicatedly modernize their homes. We not only plan and support financing but also take over the complete implementation to ensure a smooth and stress-free project development process.

Our experienced team of architects, construction managers, and certified craftsmen ensures excellent renovation results. Our process is supported by our own developed software, which enables precise planning and seamless coordination of all involved parties.

To drive our growth forward, we are currently looking for a Marketing Manager (m/w/d) in full-time for our projects in Hamburg.

Aufgaben

• You develop and plan various marketing activities, whether offline or online on platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
• You create Content-Pläne and are responsible for the operational implementation - from idea to final posting and a (small) reporting.
• You coordinate the creation of various Assets (digital & print), as well as Contentproduktionen together with our partners and customers.
• You analyze the performance of our campaigns and postings and lead potential optimization opportunities from there.
• You steer off- & online Marketing Kampagnen and develop creative communication concepts.
• You work closely with our entire team to ensure consistent brand communication in all areas.

Qualifikation

• You have min. 3 years of experience as a Marketing Manager, ideally on an agency or brand side.
• You know and handle the common Social-Media-Plattformen und Tools (Meta Business Suite, Canva, etc.) like second nature.
• You have a good sense for Trends, Storytelling, and Ästhetik, whether in Interior Design, construction site reels or crafts content.
• You work independently and structured, are communicative, and have the desire to take on responsibility and grow.
• In the best case, you bring good to very good knowledge of Canva, Adobe programs, or comparable tools with you.
