Your Tasks

• You develop cost-effective marketing strategies in collaboration with our marketing team and center manager.
• You manage the advertising budgets and conduct analyses to improve them.
• You plan and organize advertising campaigns, CRM campaigns, and events within a yearly calendar.
• You develop attractive offers to increase our visitor numbers.
• You create a uniform image of the Outlet Montabaur with a balanced mix of various communication forms.
• You work closely with local media, advertising, press, web, and promotion agencies.

Your Profile

• Degree in marketing or a comparable field.
• Proven experience in areas of on- and offline marketing.
• Experience in and interest in communication in the retail sector.
• Familiarity with design software (Adobe Photoshop, Canva).
• Knowledge about current trends and best practices in the marketing field.
