About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead and execute Experteq's marketing strategy, driving brand awareness, engagement, and pipeline growth across our core and emerging sectors. This strategic and hands-on role reports to the Chief Growth Officer and manages a small internal team and external agency partners. You'll collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and Executive stakeholders to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives. Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and pipeline growth; Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and refine marketing campaigns; Managing a small internal team and external agency partners to deliver high-quality marketing outputs; Analyzing market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to inform marketing decisions; Staying up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in digital marketing, content creation, and social media engagement.
