Marketing Manager

ELMI is a technology company for battery-powered ultra-fast charging stations. Our mission is to develop more than just classic charging stations: We create intelligent investment goods that unlock multiple revenue streams, maximize returns, and reduce costs – and thus actively drive the energy transition.

We are looking for a full-time Marketing Manager (m/w/d) at our location in Niddatal, Germany, to strengthen our Product & Marketing Teams. You will report to the Director Product and work closely with internal stakeholders and external partners.

Tasks

• Planning, organization, and follow-up of events, trade fairs, and exhibitions (e.g., Power2Drive, E-World)
• Development and maintenance of our social media channels (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram) including editorial planning and content creation
• Creation, updating, and quality assurance of marketing materials (Web, Print, Presentations, Brochures)
• Participation in building and maintaining our website, including content structure (e.g., landing pages, news, product contents)
• Market and competitive research in the fields of energy, mobility, cleantech, and sustainability – including deriving insights
• Support for photo-, video-, and content projects around products, customer projects, and corporate communication
• Participation in communication and campaign projects, to make products and services visible and position the ELMI brand in the market

Qualification

• A completed degree or comparable qualification in the field of Marketing, Communication, Media, Economics or a similar fieldor demonstrated practical experience in marketing
• At least 2 years of relevant work experience in marketing, ideally in B2B or in a technology-driven company
• Interest in future topics such as e-mobility, energy, technology, and sustainability
• Structured, self-reliant working style and good organizational skills
• Evidence (or high willingness to learn) of experience with tools like Social Media, Canva, WordPress or similar systems
• Very good German and English language skills in writing and speaking
• Plus points: first experience with Event/Messe management, B2B marketing, Content production, or Website maintenance
