Marketing Manager / Director

Overview We are seeking an experienced Marketing Manager/Director to lead the marketing function for Mexico. This role will be responsible for local market strategy, campaign execution, team leadership, and agency management. The successful candidate will act as the key marketing leader in Mexico and serve as the bridge between local market needs and global brand objectives. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking with strong execution capabilities and has experience building brands in Latin America. Key responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for Mexico, aligned with global brand objectives. Lead and manage a team of marketers to achieve business goals. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination. Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality work. Analyze market trends and consumer insights to inform marketing decisions. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local partners and customers. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field. 8+ years of experience in marketing management, preferably in a Latin American market. Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Fluency in Spanish is required.
