As Marketing Manager Content & Websites (m/w/d), you are responsible for positioning our KI solution in a way that is understandable, relevant, and convincing. You develop content that not only generates attention but also has a genuine business impact – from first awareness to conversion.

You think content along the entire funnel and understand how messages function differently depending on the target group, channel, and funnel stage. Your focus lies on explaining complex KI topics in a simple way and preparing them in a way that builds trust and motivates to act.

You work closely with Performance Marketing, Sales, and Product to develop content that works organically and paid. Whether website, landing pages, tutorial videos, LinkedIn, Meta, or ads – you ensure consistent, effective communication across all touchpoints.

Another central aspect of your role is the further development of our websites and App-Store profiles. You optimize content, structures, and user flows continuously with the goal of increasing conversion, user experience, and visibility.

In the center stands: content that is understood, builds trust, and contributes measurably to customer acquisition.

Your tasks

• Development of a comprehensive content strategy along the B2B funnel (Awareness to Conversion)
• Concept and creation of content for website, landing pages, LinkedIn, Meta, and Performance Marketing
• Translation of complex KI and product content into understandable, convincing messages
• Use of KI tools for efficient content creation, scaling, and optimization
• Development of attention-grabbing, creative content for social media
• Closely working with Performance Marketing to create ad creatives and campaign assets
• Maintenance, optimization, and further development of our websites (content, structure, UX, conversion)
• Maintenance and optimization of App-Store profiles (e.g., texts, screenshots, positioning)
• Ongoing improvement of messaging, value proposition, and storytelling
• Analysis of content performance (e.g., engagement, conversion) and derivation of concrete optimizations
• Ensuring a consistent brand and communication line across all channels

Qualifikation

Dein Profil – Content meets Performance & AI

• At least 3-5 years of experience in content marketing, ideally in the SaaS-, Tech-, or E-Commerce-field
• Experience in conceiving and implementing content (text, structure, visuals)
• You can explain complex topics simply, clearly, and convincingly
• You understand how content functions along the funnel – from awareness to conversion
• Experience in onsite management of websites (e.g., CMS, landing pages, conversion optimization), Add-On: Experience with KI-generated websites
• Ideal experience with performance-oriented content (ads, landing pages, CRO)
• You have a good sense for target groups, messaging, and storytelling
• Creativity and a clear understanding of business impact
• You work data-driven and use insights for continuous optimization
• Passion for AI is a must – you actively use AI tools in your daily work
• You work structured, self-responsible, and with high implementation strength
• You are a team player and work closely with other departments
