Responsibilities

• Brand Marketing: You will consistently develop our brand further and ensure that konfetti appears on-brand everywhere - in tonality, design, and impact. When people hear konfetti, they should immediately think of fun, quality, and unforgettable experiences.
• Paid Social & Ad Creation: You will conceptualize, create, and manage high-performing ads for Instagram, TikTok, and Meta - from the initial hook to the final conversion. You will test data-driven, continuously optimize, and scale what works.
• Partnerships & Barter Deals: You will identify exciting brands that fit us, build long-term collaborations, and close creative barter deals - visibility for added value, always with a win-win approach.
• CRM & Newsletter: You will plan and send newsletters that create anticipation instead of landing in spam. You will segment target groups, test subject lines, and systematically increase open and click rates.
• Content & Creative Production: You will independently produce visuals, Reels, and ad creatives with Canva, Adobe, or comparable tools - quickly, on-brand, and with an eye for current trends.
• Performance Tracking: You will measure what you do - from ad performance to newsletter KPIs to partnership reach - and derive concrete next steps from it.

Qualifications

• You have at least 2 years of experience in marketing - ideally with a focus on Brand, Paid Social, Performance Marketing, or Partnerships.
• You have demonstrable success in building and scaling Paid Social campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, Meta).
• You have a strong eye for design and content - Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or comparable tools are daily tools for you.
• You think data-driven: You understand performance metrics, derive hypotheses, and test them in a structured manner.
• You have a strong interest in AI and LLMs and actively use these tools to work faster and better.
• You love talking to people, forging collaborations, and closing deals.
• You are an organizational talent with a hands-on mentality - you don't wait for briefs but see for yourself what needs to be done.
• You speak German at C2 level and English fluently.
