Aufgaben

• Brand Marketing: You develop our brand consistently further and ensure that konfetti appears everywhere on-brand - in tone, design, and impact. When people hear konfetti, they should immediately think of fun, quality, and unforgettable experiences.
• Paid Social & Ad Creation: You conceptualize, create, and steer high-performance ads for Instagram, TikTok, and Meta - from the first hook to the final conversion. You test data-driven, optimize continuously, and scale what works.
• Partnerships & Barter Deals: You identify exciting brands that fit us, build long-term cooperations, and close creative barter deals - visibility against added value, always with a win-win approach.
• CRM & Newsletter: You plan and send newsletters that create anticipation instead of landing in the spam folder. You segment target groups, test subject lines, and systematically increase open and click rates.
• Content & Creative Production: You produce standalone visuals, reels, and ad creatives with Canva, Adobe, or similar tools - quickly, on-brand, and with a sense of current trends.
• Performance Tracking: You measure what you do - from ad performance to newsletter KPIs to partnership reach - and lead concrete next steps based on that.

Qualifikation

• You bring at least 2 years of experience in marketing with - ideally with a focus on brand, paid social, performance marketing, or partnerships.
• You have measurable successes in building and scaling paid social campaigns (Instagram, TikTok, Meta).
• You have a strong eye for design and content - Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools are your daily worktools.
• You think data-driven: You understand performance metrics, lead hypotheses, and test them structured.
• You bring advanced interest in AI and LLMs and actively use these tools to work faster and better.
• You love talking to people, building cooperations, and closing deals.
• You are an organizational talent with a hands-on mentality - you don't wait for briefings, but see what needs to be done yourself.
• You speak German on C2 level and English confidently.
