We are batch2 engineering GmbH, a young, innovative, and highly specialized engineering office in the field of Battery- and Hydrogen-Safety. Our work begins where things become critical: product and operational safety, risk analysis, due diligence, explosion protection, technical testing, market approval.
Our customers develop, build, and operate innovative technologies that must function safely and reliably – and precisely there we help them. We deliver knowledge and support exactly where others no longer know what to do.

Aufgaben

Your Mission

You are responsible for our marketing activities, lead them through, and bring our technical expertise to new and existing customers. You achieve this through professionally designed, sympathetic marketing actions that convey the values of our company. Your tasks include:

• Creation of a marketing strategy for the company together with the management
• Design and maintenance of marketing and advertising activities in various formats and on different platforms
• Maintenance and updating of our websites
• Maintenance of social media accounts, including creation and publication of professionally designed content
• Layouting of marketing materials and documents for customers
• Preliminary planning, design, and accompaniment of our appearances at trade fairs and conferences as well as other marketing activities
• Evaluation and assessment of the marketing measures during and after implementation.

We are looking for you as a motivated and interested person with enthusiasm for marketing in the technical environment. You fit perfectly into our team if you bring the following:

• Educational background with a marketing background of advantage
• Experience with marketing in the technical environment
• Able to explain complex technical and regulatory topics in a comprehensible way
• Handiness and eye for designing marketing materials
• Initiative and proactivity
• Structured, self-employed working style
• Travel readiness (trade fairs, conferences, etc.)
• Very good German and English skillsExperience in handling Office tools and WordPress
