An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Brand Marketing Manager to join a successful real estate agency located in the affluent Eastern Suburbs known for delivering high-quality service across the property sector.

In this strategic role, you will shape the marketing vision and lead initiatives that enhance brand positioning and drive growth across all aspects of the agency. You’ll also have the opportunity to lead a high-performing team and make a meaningful impact on the agency’s market presence.

What your day would look like:

Plan & execute campaigns to build brand and drive leads
Create consistent, engaging content across all platforms
Manage and grow the daily management of all social media accounts
Oversee the design of new marketing collateral
Liaising with external suppliers – consultants, designers, printers etc
Maintaining marketing collateral inventory spread sheet
Looking at sponsorship opportunities and activating these
Deliver client events and strategic brand partnerships
Constantly improve brand reach and campaign success

The Person:

1–2 years’ experience in a similar marketing role within the real estate sector
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
A positive, customer-focused mindset
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
Able to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently
