Marketing Manager B2B (w/m/d)

We are looking for an experienced developer to support our B2B marketing efforts. Good decisions rarely arise on their own. We build the software for that. Valsight supports controlling and strategy teams in reacting faster to changing market conditions by adapting business drivers and scenario-playing within seconds.

Therefore, leading DAX companies and medium-sized enterprises rely on us - including Siemens, Mercedes-Benz Group, Volkswagen, and Commerzbank.

We are not a conglomerate or a fresh seed startup. We are exactly in between. A team that works transparently, learns quickly, and wants to get better every day.

We are looking for someone who will be responsible for our B2B marketing across all relevant channels. Content is the foundation. This includes paid activities, findability in classical and AI-supported search, conference appearances, and our presence on review platforms.

Currently, we are sharpening our GTM strategy and reorienting our marketing accordingly. You will shape this phase with us.

You decide which theme belongs to which channel and in what form. Editorial judgment and a feeling for what really matters to an ambitious B2B target audience are just as important as understanding campaign logic and visibility.

You work AI-first. KI workflows use you as an accelerator. They ensure speed, your judgment ensures quality.

The position can be worked part-time (from 32 hours a week).

Aufgaben

Your tasks:

• Marketing across all channels: You will be responsible for our B2B marketing across blog, LinkedIn, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and campaigns, and think through the channel strategy with us. The benchmark is what really matters to an ambitious B2B target audience.
• LinkedIn management: You will take over our most important organic channel with editorial planning, publication, and evaluation. You will develop and expand this channel.
• Paid cooperation with business media and ads: You will be responsible for paid cooperation with business media from theme finding to coordination until submission. At Google and LinkedIn Ads, you will support with messages, assets, and test ideas.
• Findability across all search paths: You will ensure that our content is found in classical search and in AI-supported environments like ChatGPT, Claude, or Perplexity. Classic SEO and optimizing for generative responses belong together for you.
• Presence on review platforms: You will build our visibility on G2 and relevant professional forums like Reddit communities. You know how reviews are created and how content works in such environments.
• Conferences as a content platform: You will prepare our appearances at industry conferences with editorial planning, from session contents to materials like roll-ups or flyers. The logistics behind it you will coordinate with our designer and external partners and service providers.
• KI workflows further development: You will shape and sharpen the processes that create publishable content from themes and research. For sparring and implementation, colleagues with advanced AI expertise are available to support you.

Qualifikation

What you bring:

• Experience in B2B marketing: You have already worked in B2B marketing, with a strong focus on content management. Ideally for an audience with similar demands: analytical, decision-making near, little tolerant of superficial content.
• Analytical view on content: You understand why formats work. With A/B tests, key figures, and evaluation, you can handle and lead to decisions from them.
• Interest in our topics: Under corporate governance, financial planning, scenarios, decisions under uncertainty. These topics should appeal to you, so that you can get started in this role.
• Your own KI workflows: You have developed your own routines and can show how you work.
• Understanding of modern findability: You know yourself with SEO and have experience preparing content for AI-supported search environments.
• GTM glasses: You understand marketing as part of a system consisting of sales, product, market, and positioning.
