Marketing Manager * (B2B SaaS)

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to revolutionize the waste management industry. As a 4-year-old startup, we have established ourselves in the market and developed a digital KI-based solution to increase efficiency in construction and waste management. We're saying goodbye to opacity and manual effort. Now we need you to take our brand to the next level.

Your Mission:

You are not just 'Marketing Employee Number 1' – you are the face and voice of Mineral Waste Managers externally. You will be fully responsible for everything that affects our brand. Your goal: Make MWM synonymous with digital waste management.

Tasks

• Brand & Content: Maintain and develop our brand image. You will write texts that our customers (waste management companies, landfill operators, construction companies, engineering firms) understand.
• Digital Presence: Our website and social media channels (mainly LinkedIn) are your territory. You will ensure visibility and leads.
• Events & Sales-Support: From waste symposia to large waste management fairs – you plan our appearance, organize the equipment, and make sure our sales team can shine.
• Strategy & Hands-on: You develop the marketing roadmap, but don't shy away from packing boxes or building graphics in Canva and helping out on the trade show stand yourself.

Qualification

• Multiple years of experience in B2B marketing (ideally SaaS or waste management/construction industry) and you work well generalistically.
• You love the startup dynamic, where you plan strategy today and run an ad tomorrow.
• You translate complex topics (e.g., Waste Management Act) into simple, engaging messages.
• You have good time management, as you organize your tasks by importance and take responsibility.
