Marketing Lead (m/w/d)

You have already demonstrated that you can build and scale marketing strategically, and are now looking to take on a function in a growing MedTech company to the next level? At Ocumeda, you will develop the international marketing of our products actively - from the strategic development of our marketing over products, markets, and target groups, to building a powerful team and localizing communication in new countries. You work data-based, make decisions along clear performance key figures, and create scalable marketing structures for our international expansion. Aufgaben

• You develop and are responsible for our international marketing strategy across various products, markets, and target groups
• You work on localizing communication materials and marketing measures for international markets and develop suitable communication approaches per region
• You define channel- and target group-specific marketing strategies and analyze which channels are sensible in which markets
• You develop product marketing concepts and support the positioning of our products clearly and understandably
• You conduct market and competition analyses and create the basis for data-based marketing decisions
• You analyze the performance of marketing measures and lead to concrete recommendations for action
• You build on our marketing team, lead it, and develop it, and create a scalable, high-performance marketing organization
• You work closely with internal teams and external partners together to ensure consistent international brand communication

Qualifikation

• You have several years of experience in a leading or strategic marketing role, ideally in B2B and/or international environment
• You bring leadership experience with you and have already built up, developed, and expanded teams
• You bring experience in building and scaling marketing strategies across multiple countries or regions
• You have a proven track record in data-based performance marketing and steer channels, budgets, and campaigns along clear KPIs
• You have a good understanding of product marketing and marketing strategies
• You think analytically and have experience with market analyses, data-based decisions, and performance evaluations
• You can communicate complex topics clearly and target group-specifically
• You work structured, independently, and take on responsibility gladly
• You speak fluent German and English
• Experience in the Healthcare-, MedTech-, Eyecare- or Vision-environment is a plus, but not a must
