Marketing Lead - Focus AI (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced marketing professional to lead our marketing efforts at aleno. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive marketing strategy, managing a small team of specialized marketers, and driving growth through data-driven decision making.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record in B2B marketing with measurable results, hands-on experience in paid social media, landing pages, and conversion rate optimization, as well as a strong understanding of data analysis and KI-based decision making. They will be able to work independently, think strategically, and lead by example.

The role requires:

• Developing the marketing strategy together with the management team and implementing it
• Defining brand & messaging for aleno
• Funding a small team of SEO/SEA, Content, and Marketing Automation specialists
• Representing aleno at relevant industry events - content-wise and strategically

The role also involves:

• Paid Social / Meta Ads planning, implementation, and optimization
• Landing Pages & CRO creation, testing, and website rework
• Newsletter & E-Mail Marketing setup and execution in HubSpot

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data analysis and KI-based decision making, as well as experience with Paid Social, Landing Pages, and Conversion Rate Optimization.

Qualification

The ideal candidate will have:

• Mother tongue German and very good English
• A proven track record in B2B marketing with measurable results
• Data-first mindset: You win data, interpret it, and lead to decisions based on it
• KI as a lived working method - content creation, automation, process optimization
• Familiarity with HubSpot
• Entrepreneurial mindset: You lead, build, deliver - without being told what's next

Nice to have:

• Experience in the SaaS environment
• Knowledge of the gastronomy or hotel industry
