Marketing Lead (Fashion / DTC) (m/w/d)

MORE MONEY MORE LOVE is a growing Streetwear brand with high expectations regarding product, brand, and implementation.

Our channels are – Paid, CRM, Influencer, and Content.

What's missing is someone who really leads marketing.

We're not looking for a coordinator.

We're looking for a Marketing Lead who plans campaigns, sets priorities, ensures output, and leads the team.

Tasks

• Leadership and steering of the entire marketing calendar
• Planning and implementation of drops & campaigns
• Development of campaign messaging & storylines
• Coordination of Paid, CRM, Influencer, & Content
• Leadership and steering of the marketing team (Content, Creator etc.)
• Prioritization and enforcement of deadlines
• KPI monitoring & reporting to the Founder
• BUILDING clear processes and workflows

You take ownership for marketing execution.

Qualification

4–7 years of experience in Fashion or DTC marketing

Experience with drop campaigns & creator activations

Very good understanding of performance & retention

Experience in leading or steering teams

Structured, prioritization-strong work style

Enforceability & ownership mindset

Experience in rapidly growing brands
