Marketing & Kommunikationsmanager (m/w/d)

We are a growing ambulatory care service with 40 employees and around 240 clients in care and household services.

Active in Solingen and Haan, from March onwards also with a new branch office in Krefeld.

To further develop our marketing strategy, we are looking for someone who takes over the entire marketing – strategically and operationally.

Aufgaben

• Development & Implementation of the Marketing Strategy for all locations
• Social Media (Instagram, Facebook, possibly TikTok/LinkedIn) including Content Creation
• Creative Development of Contents (Texts, Pictures, short Videos)
• Occasional Photography in daily work (e.g. Team, Insights, Locations)
• Recruiting Marketing (Care & Household Staff recruitment and Clients)
• Maintenance of Website & Google Company Profiles
• Planning of Online & Local Advertising Measures
• Creation of Advertisements, Flyers, Campaigns
• Coordination of External Service Providers

Qualifikation

• Experience in Marketing / Online-Marketing / Communication
• Safe Handling of Social Media
• A good sense for Creativity, Visual Language & Storytelling
• Pleasure in creating authentic photos and contents from daily work
• Self-sufficient, structured working style
• Sensitivity to people & sensitive topics
• Experience in the care or health sector is a plus, but not a must
