Marketing & IT Manager (m/f/d)

This position is deliberately designed as a hybrid role. Marketing and IT naturally complement each other here: both areas need someone who loves structure, implements pragmatically, and builds things properly. You create the foundation for the entire Peeek Group on which we can build together.

Tasks

Marketing

• Build Foundation: You create the fundamentals of our marketing. Print and digital. Flyers, presentations, website, templates. Everything a growing corporate group needs to appear professional.
• Modular Principle: You develop materials that are reusable and that the team can fall back on. A company presentation that hits the mark, templates that work, filing structures that everyone can find.
• Understand Target Audiences: You know who our customers are, what they need, and how we communicate with them. This is the basis for everything you produce.
• Content and Social Media: You engage our channels meaningfully and regularly. Not an end in itself, but a consistent external image that suits us.
• Brand Understanding: You ensure that everything that goes outwards fits Peeek. We are a corporate group in the field of renewable energies. This should be visible and tangible.

IT

• Device Management: You keep track of hardware and software within the group. Devices, licenses, access.
• First Point of Contact: When something doesn't work internally, you are the first point of contact. You solve what you can solve and coordinate what needs to be handled externally.
• Systems and Structures: You think ahead. What processes need to be established, what can we do better, where are we losing unnecessary time.

• Target Audiences over Aesthetics: You understand who you are communicating with and what resonates with them. You have an eye for visuals, but it's not the primary focus.
• Systems that Work: You think in solutions and enjoy it when things run smoothly.
• Versatility as a Strength: Today a presentation, tomorrow solving a technical problem. For you, this is not a contradiction but exactly what you want.

What you bring

• Experience in digital or analog marketing, ideally in building foundational structures
• A good sense for external perception and target audiences without getting lost in visuals
• Basic technical understanding and affinity for IT topics
• Structured, independent way of working and enjoyment of clean filing and documentation
• Confident use of tools such as Canva, AI applications, and common office software

Nice-to-have

• Experience in building marketing materials or brand systems
• Knowledge in the field of renewable energies or technical trade
• Experience in IT coordination or device management
