Marketing - Intern / Working Student (all genders)

Your Tasks

• Creator Management & Acquisition: You oversee our existing affiliate partners and proactively identify new, suitable profiles to strategically expand our network.
• Campaign Management & Tracking: You support the technical setup of campaigns and ensure that performance data is correctly recorded (ideally bringing first-hand experience with affiliate networks).
• Relationship Management: You are the central point of contact for our creators, prepare newsletters and exclusive offers, and serve as a competent advisor to them.
• Research & Outreach: You conduct independent market analyses, discover new trends in social media, and actively approach potential partners.
• Cross-functional Support: Besides the affiliate focus, you support the marketing team in cross-functional projects and gain insights into various marketing disciplines.

Your Profile

• Social Media Affinity: You are a 'Digital Native', familiar with the latest Instagram trends, and have an instinct for which creators fit our brand.
• Communication Strength & Negotiation Skills: You enjoy networking, confidently take on challenges, and know how to create win-win situations for us and our partners.
• Structured Work Habits & Technical Understanding: You work diligently and have a high affinity for tools and data (experience with platforms like Awin is a plus, but not a must).
• Hands-on Mentality: You don't wait for tasks to be assigned, but take the initiative proactively and enrich the team with fresh ideas.
• Linguistic Skills: You communicate confidently in German (C1 level) and have good English skills.
• Location: You are based in Berlin or surrounding areas for regular on-site collaboration.
