About us

At DLG Food, we transform ideas, characters, and trends into products that end up on store shelves.

Our world is made of Easter eggs, surprises, licensing, creativity, and play. We work with brands and properties known to the general public to develop food products capable of surprising, entertaining, and being remembered.

We are a young and growing company and, for our new offices in Conversano, we are looking for a new person to join the Marketing team.

What you will do

You will work closely with the Marketing team, immediately getting involved in our projects:

• Support for marketing and licensing activities;
• Creation of commercial presentations and marketing materials;
• Support in the development of new products, packaging, and surprises;
• Management and coordination of materials with licensors, agencies, suppliers, and partners;
• Support for advertising and digital campaigns;
• Researching trends, new ideas, and opportunities for our products.

In practice: two days will hardly be the same.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a curious, bright, organized person with a real desire to get things done.

Ideally, you have:

• A degree in Marketing, Economics, Communication, Management, or related fields;
• Some initial experience in marketing, communication, startups, agencies, or consumer companies;
• Completed personal, university, association, or entrepreneurial projects that demonstrate curiosity and initiative;
• Good knowledge of PowerPoint/Canva and the Office suite;
• Good knowledge of the English language;
• Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously;
• Interest in brands, trends, entertainment, products, and the consumer world.

We are not looking for someone who simply waits for a task to execute.

We are looking for someone who wants to understand how things work, ask questions, propose ideas, and grow with the team.
