Marketing Graphic Designer
Job description
Reporting to the RV Super Centre National Marketing Manager, this is a hands-on, fast-paced role where you’ll deliver high-quality creative across digital, print, signage, and environmental design. You’ll play a key role in bringing national campaigns to life while ensuring brand consistency across multiple touchpoints and locations.
You’ll work closely with marketing, retail, tourism, and external suppliers to create engaging assets that enhance customer experience and support commercial outcomes.
Key responsibilities
Design and deliver creative assets for national marketing campaigns
Develop digital, print, signage, and in-branch collateral
Create digital and paid media assets for platforms such as Meta and GDN
Support tourism and retail brands with campaign and always-on creative
Prepare print-ready artwork and liaise directly with suppliers
Maintain brand consistency across multiple brand identities
Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies
About you
You’re a confident, detail-oriented designer who thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys juggling multiple projects at once. You’re comfortable switching between brands and channels, and you take pride in producing polished, high-quality work.
You’ll bring:
A qualification in Graphic Design (preferred)
3–4 years’ experience in a marketing or in-house design role
A strong portfolio showcasing branding, digital, and print work
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign essential)
Experience preparing print-ready artwork and working with suppliers
Understanding of digital asset requirements for paid media platforms
Strong layout, typography, and visual communication skills
Excellent time management and the ability to meet deadlines
Experience with signage, wayfinding, or environmental graphics will be highly regarded.
