Tasks

• You will be responsible for our website and ensure that it always looks fresh and inviting
• You will manage our social media channels and develop a content strategy that sticks
• You will plan and be responsible for advertising measures – online, print, sponsoring – and make independent budget and priority decisions
• You will organize and manage our advertising and customer events – from the idea to the on-site implementation
• You will select and design giveaways that our customers will really enjoy
• You will ensure that our corporate design is consistent everywhere – from the website to the team clothing – and further develop it
• You will bring fresh ideas for new topics and projects to the team and pass on your experience to colleagues
• You will write newsletters that our customers genuinely enjoy opening
• In collaboration with HR, you will drive the development of our employer brand

Qualification

• Several years of professional experience in marketing, ideally in the IT or similar industries
• Enthusiasm for IT, AI, and social media
• Creativity and a good eye for strong visuals and designs
• Experience in the confident use of AI tools in everyday marketing
• Strong communication skills and a confident demeanor – also towards customers and management
• Hands-on mentality and the ability to take responsibility for projects independently from A to Z
• Very good self-organization skills and a strong sense for structure, even when multiple projects are running simultaneously
• Graphic design skills are a plus, but not a must
