Marketing Executive Full-Funnel B2B Part-Time (m/f/d)

Location: Munich, Start: immediately, Work model: 2 days per week on-site in the office

Willingness to travel: Yes (especially for trade fairs and events)

The position is initially limited to 14 months as part of parental leave cover. An extension of the employment relationship is generally possible.

Your tasks

• Full-Funnel Marketing: Your marketing assets will accompany the B2B lead from the first post through the funnel to handover to Sales.

• Content and Creatives: You will manage the editorial plan and work closely with our subject matter experts. You will conduct short interviews with our consultants and transform them into high-caliber content for professional articles, white papers, or attention-grabbing posts.

• Performance Marketing (Paid & Organic): You will use organic and paid posts on LinkedIn, manage the budget for our campaigns to increase reach and targeted communication with decision-makers.

• Event & Partner Management: You will plan and implement our trade fair and event appearances, including measurable ROI targets, and manage lead capture with structured follow-up.

What you bring with you

You have experience in B2B marketing, ideally in the consulting or IT sector, and have already implemented campaigns, events, or lead generation measures. You are tech-savvy and data-affine, enjoy trying out new tools, and are open to using AI tools in marketing. You are comfortable with metrics: you can evaluate campaign and event results and derive appropriate measures from them.

In addition, you are characterized by a structured, independent way of working and very good organizational skills. You possess excellent communication skills in both written and spoken language, as well as a confident demeanor. Teamwork, pragmatic implementation, and the opportunity to contribute your own ideas and actively shape things motivate you.

Furthermore, you are willing to travel for trade fairs and event formats and have very good German language skills.
