About this Role


We are looking for a Marketing Executive to support CCD’s business development and help us grow our presence in the industry. You will spend your time building genuine connections with clients in sectors like hospitality and commercial design while making sure our proposals and project details stay organized.

Job Responsibilities:


  1. Develop client channels and resources in line with the company’s business development plans and drive business expansion and development.
  2. Follow up on business opportunities, manage project coordination, quotations, tender submissions, business negotiations, and contract execution.
  3. Monitor project progress and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  4. Maintain and strengthen client relationships.
  5. Complete other tasks assigned by management.


Job Requirements:


  1. Bachelor’s degree or above in any discipline, with at least 5 years of experience in BOTH marketing management and business development.
  2. Familiar with business development and operational processes, with established market resources in industries including but not limited to hospitality, commercial, office, cultural tourism, and public infrastructure sectors.
  3. Proactive, able to work under pressure, highly responsible, self-motivated, and demonstrates strong loyalty to the company.
  4. Presentable with a pleasant personality, possessing strong communication, coordination, public relations, adaptability, and business negotiation skills.
  5. Candidates with experience in five-star hotels or overseas working experience will have an added advantage.
  6. Candidates must be able to speak and written in Chinese for dealing with our stakeholders.
