Marketing & Event Manager (m/w/d)

The INC Innovation Center is an internationally operating One-Stop-Shop for the development and implementation of technology-driven innovations. At our six locations, we accompany companies from the idea to validation and pilot testing through to the implementation of market-ready products, digital solutions, and services.

To strengthen our team, we are looking for a creative, communicative, and structured personality who designs marketing campaigns and events with passion and contributes to making the Engineering-, Innovation-, and Academy-Leistungen of INC visible and strategically positioned.

Aufgaben

• Eigenverantwortliche Konzeption, Planung und Umsetzung unserer Marketing- und Eventaktivitäten with a clear focus on customer events and community formats (on-site & digital), including workshops, networking formats, and exclusive event series.
• Gesamtverantwortung für unseren Technology & Innovation Summit – from concept to project management, service provider coordination, communication, and participant management through to successful implementation and follow-up.
• Aufbau und aktive Betreuung unserer Community as the central point of contact for exchange, communication, and activation.
• Strategische Positionierung unserer Leistungen, Services und Angebote through suitable marketing and communication measures.
• Verantwortung für unsere digitale Präsenz: maintenance and further development of website, LinkedIn, newsletter, and other communication channels with a focus on relevance, brand impact, and actuality.
• Entwicklung und Umsetzung zielgerichteter Kampagnen, to effectively place our offers, events, and services at relevant target groups.
• Erstellung und Steuerung von Content for website, event communication, presentations, marketing materials, and social media.
• Koordination interner und externer Stakeholder as well as close cooperation with departments, management, partners, and service providers.
• Sicherstellung einer strukturierten, präzisen und verlässlichen Umsetzung of all measures with high quality standards and strong ownership.

Qualifikation

• Completed studies or training in the field of Marketing, Kommunikation, Eventmanagement oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung.
• Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung inB2B-Marketing, Eventmanagement, Community Management oder einer vergleichbaren Rolle, ideally in atechnologie- oder innovationsnahen Umfeld.
• Enthusiasm for topics aroundInnovation, Technologie und Software.
• Safe handling ofdigitalen Marketingkanälen und Tools, especiallyWebsite-Management und LinkedIn.
• A developed sense forzielgruppengerechte Kommunikation, Storytelling und professionelle visuelle Markenkommunikation.
• Ausgeprägtes Organisations- und Projektmanagementtalent with the ability tokomplexe Projekte und Events eigenständig zu steuern.
• Hohe Eigenverantwortung, Verlässlichkeit as well as asehr strukturierte, präzise und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise.
• Kommunikationsstärke und souveränes Stakeholder-Management in the interaction withTeam, Kunden, Partnern und externen Dienstleistern.
• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in word and writing.
