Marketing and Customer Success Specialist

We are looking for a versatile and proactive professional for our Dutch healthcare companies. Will you help us with various important tasks? In this role, you will be working on organizing and optimizing our marketing strategies and content creation, so that we can convey our message in a clear and effective manner. A significant part of this function is customer success; you will be in regular contact with healthcare providers to understand their wishes and needs, and to ensure that our solutions meet their expectations. You will also be responsible for analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of our marketing efforts, and for identifying opportunities for improvement. In addition, you will be working closely with our sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
