Das Bahnhöfchen Bonn is looking for a creative and communicative female colleague in full-time employment, who is eager for a varied position between Marketing, Social Media, Website and Guest Relations.

We want to further develop our external image and are looking for someone who enjoys working with people as well as digital and creative tasks.

The position combines marketing and reception. This makes your workday varied and you will have both creative tasks and direct contact with our guests.

Tasks

Your tasks in Marketing:

•⁠ ⁠Management and further development of our Instagram and TikTok channels

•⁠ ⁠Creation of posts, stories, and reels

•⁠ ⁠Development of own content ideas

•⁠ ⁠Creation of photos and videos in the restaurant

•⁠ ⁠Design of content and advertising materials with Canva

•⁠ ⁠Maintenance and updating of our website

•⁠ ⁠Development and implementation of new marketing measures

•⁠ ⁠Planning and organization of promotions, campaigns, and events

•⁠ ⁠Monitoring of social media trends and development of new ideas

Your tasks at the Reception:

•⁠ ⁠Friendly welcome of our guests

•⁠ ⁠Escorting guests to their tables

•⁠ ⁠Point of contact for our guests on-site

•⁠ ⁠Support with reservations and organizational tasks

•⁠ ⁠Ensuring that our guests feel well taken care of from the very beginning

Qualifications

What you should bring:

•⁠ ⁠You are creative and have a good sense of aesthetics

•⁠ ⁠You are familiar with Instagram and TikTok

•⁠ ⁠You ideally have experience with Canva

•⁠ ⁠You have a fundamental understanding of websites and digital tools or quickly learn new programs

•⁠ ⁠You work independently, reliably, and with self-responsibility

•⁠ ⁠You enjoy contributing your own ideas and implementing them independently

•⁠ ⁠You are communicative and enjoy interacting with people

•⁠ ⁠You are organized and can keep track of various tasks
