Marketing Designer - E-Mail & Content (m/f/d)

We send out 250 million newsletters a year. That's 8 emails per second for over 150 online shops, and all of it was designed by someone, and that's exactly why we're looking for you!

A quick word about us: We are Rügamer & Steiner from Düsseldorf, over 35 people, and we do email marketing for e-commerce brands. We are looking for someone who designs newsletters with us and thinks about the text at the same time.

Responsibilities

Your tasks will be ready in the morning. One shop needs a sale newsletter, the next is introducing a new category. You'll read the briefing, think about the structure, pull the blocks from our Figma design system, and adapt the graphics and texts, partly with AI. Then the newsletter goes to the client for approval and is sent out.

You will manage 30 to 40 brands. Each looks different, and you decide how.

Qualifications

• High commitment: With us, it's full throttle, 100% on-site with the team in Düsseldorf.
• Eye for aesthetics: You have an eye for what looks good and are comfortable with a copy tool.
• Extremely fast comprehension: You learn new tools in days.
• Ambition and self-motivation: You accept feedback and get better every week.
• You are comfortable using AI tools.
• You work well and quickly. You build texts that sell and designs that convince.
• You want to take responsibility for the whole thing, not just your part of it.

Figma, newsletters, or design education? Not a must.

Eye, speed, and attitude are what matter. We'll teach you the rest.
