Marketing & Design Manager (all people)

We are looking for the following position at the earliest possible time:
A Marketing & Design Manager (all people)
in full-time at our location in Flensburg

Tasks

• Design of trade show and print materials (e.g. brochures, roll-ups, exhibition walls)
• Responsibility for internal marketing materials and presentations
• Participation in the further development of our corporate identity
• Maintenance and implementation of website updates in WordPress
• Creation of WordPress landing pages – Mobile First
• Social media management & content creation for our own channels
• Creation, planning, and evaluation of meta- & Google Ads campaigns
• Concept and sending of newsletters
• Organization & hosting of webinars
• and much more

Qualification

• Completed education or degree in the media, communication, or design field
• Very good knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop & InDesign
• Ideal experience in film editing (not a must)
• First experiences in marketing, ideally in the digital environment
• You can easily put yourself into target groups and develop corresponding content
• Very good German and English skills in writing and speaking
• Skills in performance marketing (Google Ads & Meta Ads) as well as experience in campaign analyses
• Safe handling of WordPress, preferably with experience in creating landing pages
• You bring a good sense for modern design, trends & brand impact
