Marketing Data Analyst

Currently, it is seeking its next: Marketing Data & Analytics Specialist, in Zapopan Mx. What this role entails This person will be responsible for transforming marketing data into insights that inform and optimize marketing campaigns, as well as analyzing customer behavior and market trends to identify opportunities for growth. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in data analysis and visualization, with experience working with large datasets and presenting findings to stakeholders. Additionally, the ability to communicate complex data insights effectively to non-technical audiences is essential. Responsibilities: • Analyze and interpret large datasets to identify trends and patterns that inform marketing strategies. • Develop and maintain databases and data systems to ensure accurate and timely data reporting. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into marketing campaigns, product development, and customer service initiatives. • Design and develop reports, dashboards, and other visualizations to effectively communicate complex data insights to stakeholders. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and visualization, and apply this knowledge to continuously improve processes and outcomes. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. • 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics or a related field. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work with large datasets and present findings to stakeholders. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to non-technical audiences. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. • Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI is a plus.
