Our client is a U.S.-based marketing agency with 20 years of experience in digital marketing and a primary focus on direct response strategies. They work with high-performing clients across the U.S. and Latin America to build, optimize, and scale marketing funnels that drive measurable growth. They are seeking a full-time Marketing CRO & Automations Specialist to join their team. This role combines technical automation expertise with strong analytical and creative skills in Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). The ideal candidate is passionate about data-driven marketing, excels at identifying growth opportunities, and is proficient in implementing marketing automation solutions. **Responsibilities:** * Develop and execute CRO strategies to improve website conversion rates. * Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize user experience and conversion funnels. * Analyze website data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. * Implement and manage marketing automation workflows to nurture leads and improve customer engagement. * Build and maintain marketing automation systems using various tools. * Collaborate with the marketing team to align automation efforts with overall marketing goals. * Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in CRO and marketing automation. * Create reports and dashboards to track and measure the performance of CRO initiatives and automation campaigns. * Manage and optimize landing pages, forms, and other conversion-focused elements. * Troubleshoot technical issues related to CRO and automation. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in CRO and marketing automation. * Strong understanding of CRO principles and methodologies. * Proficiency in A/B testing tools (e.g., Google Optimize, Optimizely). * Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, ActiveCampaign). * Solid analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills. * Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. * Strong attention to detail and a results-oriented mindset. * Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred. **Benefits:** * Competitive salary * Health insurance * Paid time off * Professional development opportunities * Remote work
