Your Role
For our Nuremberg location, we are seeking a creative and communicative person who can transform complex content from our specialist areas into compelling marketing communication. You understand the interrelationships of our services, projects, and technologies and turn them into content that informs, inspires, and makes the SIERA brand tangible. You will work closely with an international team and various specialist departments. You will further shape our communication, contribute your own ideas, and at the same time draw on the diverse expertise within SIERA.

Your Responsibilities

• You will develop and implement creative marketing and communication measures for SIERA.
• You will transform our services, projects, and technologies into understandable and compelling content.
• You will design presentations, brochures, flyers, webinars, events, and digital communication formats.
• You will continue to tell the SIERA story through the website, social media, newsletters, and campaigns.
• You will ensure that all marketing materials authentically reflect the SIERA brand, our values, and our expertise.
• You will work closely with specialist departments, management, the SIERA Board, and international teams in German and English.
• You will contribute new ideas and develop formats that make SIERA visible and tangible.

Your Profile

• Training or degree in marketing, communication, media, or a comparable qualification
• Creativity, a good sense for design, and a passion for impactful storytelling
• Interest in understanding and clearly communicating technical and professional contexts
• Very good communication skills in German and English, both written and spoken
• Independent, structured, and idea-rich way of working
• Organizational talent, initiative, and enjoyment of international collaboration
