Marketing Coordinator - Field Marketing & Events

Job Summary:

We're seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support our global field marketing efforts. As a key member of the marketing team, you'll coordinate field marketing events, manage vendors, and oversee contracts, while also contributing to the execution of marketing campaigns and projects worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Field Marketing Events: Coordinate logistics, planning, and execution of field marketing events, including conferences, trade shows, and product launches.
2. Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners, ensuring timely delivery of services and quality standards.
3. Contract Management: Oversee contracts, agreements, and procurement processes for field marketing activities, ensuring compliance with company policies.
4. Marketing Project Management: Support the planning and execution of global field marketing projects, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
5. Campaign Execution: Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, including content creation, email marketing, and social media promotions.
6. Communication: Serve as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders, vendors, and partners, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.


Requirements:

1. 1-2 years of experience in marketing, events, or a related field, with a focus on field marketing or events coordination in US market.
2. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills.
3. Strong organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks.
4. Experience with event planning, vendor management, and contract negotiation.
5. Familiarity with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and social media platforms.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt to changing priorities, and thrive in a dynamic marketing landscape.
