Job Title: Marketing Coordinator (Junior Level) Location: LCI Sports Centre – 290 Birmingham St, Etobicoke, ON M8V 2E6 Job Type: Full-Time | In-Person Compensation: Starting Salary: $45,000 per year Performance-Based Bonus About the Role: We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented and organized Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our growing team. You’ll play a critical role in executing marketing initiatives that engage our community, promote our youth and adult programs, and support the overall marketing strategy. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and implement marketing campaigns to promote our programs and services • Design and create marketing materials, including social media graphics, flyers, and posters • Collaborate with our communications team to develop and implement internal and external communications strategies • Assist in the planning and execution of events and promotions • Provide administrative support to the marketing team • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in marketing and communications • Work closely with our program staff to develop and implement marketing plans that align with program goals and objectives • Assist in the development of marketing reports and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness • Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute to the development of innovative marketing ideas • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports • Perform other duties as assigned by the Marketing Manager. Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field • 1-2 years of experience in marketing and communications • Strong understanding of marketing principles and practices • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Strong organizational and time management skills • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Familiarity with social media platforms and content management systems • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information • Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities.
