Marketing Coordinator - Communication II (CROP)

To strengthen this mission, the Hiring Team of Syngenta is seeking a Marketing Coordinator - Communication - CROP to work in Ribeirão Preto/SP. Professional will act on strategy, planning, execution, and follow-up of events and experiences of Syngenta's Eastern unit, ensuring excellence in delivery, strategic alignment with business objectives, and positive impact on the company's reputation among clients, partners, leaders, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support strategy, planning, and execution of the annual calendar of events and experiences for Syngenta - Eastern unit.
• Coordinate the execution of fairs, congresses, conventions, technical trips, forums, and relationship actions.
• Manage suppliers and agencies (briefing, schedule, deliveries, performance evaluation).
• Conduct procurement and budget management processes.
• Work in synergy with internal areas (branding, digital marketing, corporate communication, etc.).
• Manage and follow up on the execution of experiences, scripts, activations, and materials, etc.
• FOLLOW metrics and KPIs, brand perception, technical understanding, brand recall, and NPS of events.
• Seek innovation, trends, and creative solutions that differentiate the brand in the market.
• Represent the brand with excellence at points of contact with clients and influencers.
